Jonesy’s is a fried chicken spot in Goleta built around a simple promise: do the classics right, don’t cut corners, and make every order feel worth it.
Est. 2023, we set out to take fast food to the next level — combining high-quality ingredients with good, honest cooking. That starts with our chicken: we use Mary’s air-chilled chicken, prepared by hand and cooked with care so the flavor stays clean and the crisp stays loud.
